I downloaded two Microsoft 2010 Japanese Language pack downloads but I couldn’t open them or download them. What will I do? I need all these Japanese languages fonts.

Leaving aside the manner in which you obtained these downloads, the last time I played with the language pack I could just use WinRAR to extract these packes to their individual components.
But then again, you also contradict yourself by saying you downloaded them, yet could not download them.
